Shipping & Returns

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Where do we deliver to:

  • Singapore local delivery only.

  • For international countries, please drop us an email for further enquiries

  • Orders with a PO Box as the delivery address will not be processed.

How long will shipping take:

  • Our orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Shipping and delivery will take approximately 3-5 business days. We will work together with our logistics partner to deliver your order at the soonest.

  • Any orders placed and received on business days (Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays) are processed on the next working day in the order in which they are received. Orders placed and received on weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

How much does shipping cost:

  • We use courier delivery for local orders, at a flat rate of $8 per order.

  • Free shipping is provided for orders above $300

I need to change my delivery address:

  • Please email us at contact@apripure.com at the soonest for us to assist you. We will try our best to accommodate the change if the order has not been sent out.

How do I know that my order has been processed:

  • You should receive an order confirmation email upon checkout, and a tracking number upon arrangement of shipping to your given address. Our logistics partner will also send an SMS to your provided phone number on the day of delivery.

  • If you did not receive the order confirmation in your email inbox, it might be in your email Spam or Junk folder.

  • If you did not receive any of the above, please contact us at contact@apripure.com with your order information for us to assist you

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Can I return the products I receive:

  • We hope that you will be delighted to receive our products.

  • However if for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to return or exchange your order, we can only accept unopened items in their original packaging with the sticker seal intact for hygiene reasons.

  • Please contact us within 7 business days of order receipt at contact@apripure.com with pictures of your product for us to make arrangements with you.

The items I receive are damaged:

  • We strive to pack your parcel with utmost care when sending out your order.

  • When you receive your parcel, please inspect the parcel for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the carton to show some wear, however if there is damage occurred to the items in your parcel, please write in to us at contact@apripure.com, together with your order number, phone number and photo evidence for the fastest service.

  • Do retain the shipping carton, packing materials and damage items for inspection and promptest resolution.
