We do not participate in animal testing. We have human volunteer testers in our manufacturing process.

Are your products safe for use for all skin types?

As our products are manufactured using all natural ingredients, they are suitable for all skin types and ages. However, we do recommend all to do a patch test before using any new skincare.

In which order should I use skincare products?

Generally, use them in the following order: cleanser, toner, eye care, oil followed by cream. However, this order may vary with certain specialized products.

Where are the products made?

All our products are formulated and made in Switzerland.

What is the best before date of my product?

​

The best before date of our products is 12 months after opening. Our products are suitable to be kept unopened in a cool place away from direct sunlight. We recommend checking the product for any visible changes in colour, consistency, and smell if it has been opened but unused for a long time.
